Winter skin is a problem for many individuals. The lack of moisture in the winter can cause the skin to become dry. Winter is inevitable, but there are things you can do to protect yourself from the effects of cold and dry air.
Here are some tips to keep your skin healthy this winter.
- Warm Baths/Showers – Taking warm baths and showers and not hot versions are the best way to ensure the skin is cleansed and not dried out with a lack of moisture. Adding a creamy bubble bath is also a great way of trapping moisture into the skin.
- Moisturize – Use moisturizers to keep skin hydrated and protected from the ill effects of a dry environment. Organic Excellence has a product called Hand and Body Therapy.
